cramped onsen

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. I found the communal onsen to be cramped and overcrowded, making the experience less enjoyable, while waiting awkwardly for my turn added to the discomfort. Additionally, dinner reservations turned into a hassle, with multiple reasons given as to why assistance wasn’t available for securing a table at a desired restaurant. The room size was smaller than expected, clearly lacking space for full relaxation.

Couples looking for a fair experience

Location was great, right next to the canal! The early check-in was a plus, staff let us park and explore before we got our room.
