We booked a double room for 1 night and had a good stay. The bathroom was clean, with bidet. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, very close to Sakaimachi shopping street, the canal, eateries, shopping districts, and museums, and the popular sightseeing area and easily accessible. Furthermore, between the trainstation.

New building and rooms with comfy beds. Paid US$ 9133. Location not far from the canal, eateries, shopping districts, and museums, the train station, Sankaku Market, and surrounding tourist attractions.

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location - close to Otaru City Art Museum. Found in the nice enough area not far from the local post office and the trainstation and canal, dining place and shopping street. Nice breakfast with tasty rice.

Fairly clean hotel in a new building short walk to train station and the canal and shopping street and the canal, shopping street, Sankaku fish market and JR Station. Excellent staff, tidy and new-fashioned rooms with hand washing sink and a Super single bunk bed, as example. Magnificent and marvellous location, steps away from Otaru Museum. Also, very close to the popular sightseeing area.

The hotel had an absolutely perfect location next to Otaru City Art Museum.

A museum and a tower are minute walk from the accommodation, great and perfect location right by Otaru canal and shopping street and stain glass museum and Sakaimachi shopping street: )

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The location was great, just two blocks away from the famous canal and walking distance to popular attractions like the music box museum and Letao. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved the self-service welcome coffee available at the lobby from 3 pm to 8 pm.

Nothing, no complaints at all. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

Nicely decorated hip new hotel with nice breakfasts. Super bed, clean bathroom and TV, a fridge and a writing desk in the room. Costs US$ 9133.

Our Christmas stay was comfortable with two complementary evening drinks. the hotel’s public bath was a great way to relax in the cold weather and the location was ideal for shopping and sightseeing.

The public bath was rather small and could have been bigger. There were no warm or hot drinks offered with the complementary evening drinks.
